Community Coalition for Haiti

Hello

I would like to make you aware of my involvement in Haiti with Community Coalition for Haiti www.cchaiti.org , which operates in Pignon, Haiti at the hospital, schools, and on a water project in the north, near Cap Haitien, where Christopher Columbus landed.

My other involvement is with Holy Spirit 9533 in Springfield. The video with me in Haiti and my KC shirt is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GCEwWpvUUPw This is the parish Jim Moran from Holy Spirit 9533 and I will be installing electricity with the money from Holy Spriit 9533 in February. This will be my 8th trip in less than 2 yrs. and Jim's first.

In essesnce, I am involved with two separate organizations. The Coalition group and the Knights of Columbus from Holy Spirit 9533. On our trip this February, the Knights will be installing solar electricity and lights in the Catholic Church and school in Colladere, Haiti. Their council has two members that live in Haiti, who took their degree in Haiti. On past trips, they bought all of the steel and wood desks for the Catholic school. Donations can be made to Knights of Columbus 9533.

If anyone wants to support our endeavours on the KC mission or CCH, it will be greatly appreciated. If anyone wants to travel to Haiti and do some hands on work, I can arrange it, too.
